The Sassy Foot Fashion Free Directory is designed to connect businesses, podcasters, content creators, sports media, alumni, fans, and community partners through a professional and engaging collegiate lifestyle ecosystem.

Joining the directory is free, but participation is subject to review and approval. Our goal is to build a trusted environment where visitors can discover businesses, creators, podcasts, services, experiences, special offers, and community connections that complement the Sassy Foot Fashion mission and audience.

Approval for the Free Directory is the first step toward becoming eligible for Sassy Foot Fashion member-only promotional opportunities, including Business Spotlights, Podcast Spotlights, Creator Spotlights, Featured placements, Game Day promotions, social media promotions, exclusive offers, and other available programs.

Who May Apply?

We welcome applications from legitimate businesses, entrepreneurs, podcasters, content creators, sports media organizations, alumni-owned businesses, and other organizations that complement the Sassy Foot Fashion community.

Examples may include:

• Restaurants, cafés and dining establishments

• Hotels and lodging

• Retail businesses

• Entertainment and attractions

• Professional services

• Health, wellness and fitness businesses

• Beauty and personal care businesses

• Transportation and travel services

• Alumni-owned businesses

• Local and regional businesses

• National brands

• Sports podcasters

• Sports media

• Content creators and influencers

• YouTube creators

• Livestreamers

• Photographers and videographers

• Community organizations

• Event and entertainment businesses

• Other businesses and creators that fit the Sassy Foot Fashion mission

Businesses and creators do not need to be affiliated with a college or university unless participation in a specific program requires such an affiliation.

BUSINESS APPROVAL GUIDELINES

What We Look For

Businesses applying to the Sassy Foot Fashion Free Business Directory should:

Be a legitimate business or organization.
Applicants should provide accurate business information and a working website, business social media presence, or another reasonable way for Sassy Foot Fashion to verify the business.

Provide accurate information.
Business names, descriptions, contact information, websites, locations, offers, photographs, and other submitted information should be current and truthful.

Be appropriate for our audience.
Businesses should offer products, services, experiences, or information reasonably appropriate for a broad audience of fans, alumni, students, visitors, professionals, families, and community members.

Maintain professional standards.
Businesses should conduct themselves in a manner that supports a professional and trustworthy directory environment.

Respect intellectual property.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that submitted names, logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, promotional materials, and other content are owned by them or that they have appropriate permission to use them.

PODCASTER, CREATOR & SPORTS MEDIA APPROVAL GUIDELINES

What We Look For

Podcasters, content creators, influencers, livestreamers, and sports media applicants should demonstrate an active or developing body of legitimate content.

Applicants may cover:

• College sports

• Professional sports

• Game Day culture

• Sports news and commentary

• Interviews

• Fan discussions

• Alumni stories

• College and university communities

• Lifestyle and culture surrounding sports

• Entertainment

• Local communities

• Other relevant topics consistent with the Sassy Foot Fashion ecosystem

You do not need to be a major creator or have thousands of followers to apply.

Sassy Foot Fashion welcomes established creators as well as emerging podcasters and content creators who are building their audiences.

We are interested in authenticity, professionalism, quality, consistency, and community engagement—not simply follower count.

CONTENT & BUSINESSES WE DO NOT ACCEPT

To maintain a professional and welcoming environment, certain businesses, content, and activities are not eligible for the Sassy Foot Fashion Directory or related promotional programs.

Sassy Foot Fashion does not accept:

• Adult entertainment businesses

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content

• Adult-oriented podcasts, websites, or creator accounts primarily focused on explicit sexual content

• Escort services or sexually oriented services

• Illegal products, services, or activities

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading businesses or content

• Hate speech or content promoting hatred or discrimination

• Threats, harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse

• Content promoting or glorifying unlawful violence

• Businesses or accounts impersonating another person, organization, school, team, or brand

• Counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise

• Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property

• Listings primarily designed to distribute spam, scams, malicious links, or misleading promotions

• Other businesses, content, products, services, or activities that Sassy Foot Fashion determines are inconsistent with its mission, audience, brand standards, or community environment

COLLEGIATE NAMES, LOGOS & TRADEMARKS

Participation in the Sassy Foot Fashion Directory does not grant permission or a license to use the trademarks, logos, names, mascots, uniforms, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property of any college, university, athletic conference, sports organization, business, or third party.

Applicants are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, or approvals required for the materials they submit.

Sassy Foot Fashion may request that unauthorized logos, trademarks, images, wording, or other materials be removed or replaced before approving or publishing a listing or promotion.

ALUMNI-OWNED BUSINESS DIRECTORY

Businesses requesting inclusion in an Alumni-Owned Business Directory may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to establish the applicable alumni connection.

Approval for the general Business Directory does not automatically establish eligibility for an Alumni-Owned Business designation.

Sassy Foot Fashion reserves the right to establish additional eligibility requirements for specialized directories, programs, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.

GAME DAY OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Directory members may have opportunities to submit Game Day offers, discounts, events, promotions, and special experiences.

All offers are subject to separate review.

Businesses are responsible for clearly communicating applicable terms, expiration dates, exclusions, availability, redemption requirements, and other material conditions associated with their offers.

Sassy Foot Fashion may decline or request modifications to an offer before it is published.

APPROVAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROMOTIONAL PLACEMENT

Approval for a Free Directory Listing establishes eligibility to participate in applicable Sassy Foot Fashion member opportunities, but it does not automatically guarantee approval for every promotional product or service.

Business Spotlights, Podcast Spotlights, Creator Spotlights, Featured placements, social media promotions, Game Day promotions, advertisements, partnerships, special offers, and other promotional opportunities may be reviewed separately.

Sassy Foot Fashion may approve, decline, request modifications to, postpone, or discontinue an individual promotional placement.

APPLICATION REVIEW

After an application is submitted, Sassy Foot Fashion may review information including the applicant's:

Business or creator identity, website, social media presence, submitted content, type of products or services, podcast or media content, proposed directory description, promotional materials, and overall compatibility with the Sassy Foot Fashion ecosystem.

Additional information may be requested when necessary to complete the review.

Applicants should not purchase member-only promotional products until their Free Directory
